CNC MACHINING METAL REFINISHING AND CALIPERS
MACHINE FINISHED WHEELS
Machine faced wheels are a common type of wheel design that most manufactures are putting on their vehicles. The top surface of the wheel is cut in a CNC lathe and clear coated with a powder coat clear to give the wheel a two toned appearance.
Our facility has the capability to repair these types of wheels. We have 2 wheel specific CNC lathes and powder coat system to ensure your machined wheel completed with the same standards of the manufacturer.
CALIPER PAINTING
Painting the calipers is a great way to add that extra pop to the appearance of your vehicle! Choose from hundreds of colors, with the option to add a decal.
We perform this service with the calipers on the vehicle and take pride in our process to ensure the rest of the vehicle is protected, along with giving a great finish that is durable. Some of the steps in the process include:

Covering entire vehicle

Masking off rotors/brake pads

Clean and scuff calipers thoroughly

Prime with a high heat primer

Mix paint color using our BASF mixing system

Paint, add decal if requested

Clear coat caliper with automotive clear
Things to note about this service:
Since the calipers are not removed, it is impossible to get 100% paint coverage on the backside of the caliper that is not visible while looking at the vehicle. If this is a concern, customers are more than welcome to bring us just the calipers.
